Pros

The ambient is amazing and the payment is not bad at all (compared to other Mexican jobs), I know that it sounds generic but believe me, I have been in several call-centers

Cons

I would say that it depends pretty much on the campaign that you are sent to, for example I was sent to AMEX MR, which was not bad but the metrics where... Awful (to keep the words professional)

Pros

Depending on the account you get the pay can be very good, the leadership CAN be top notch too.

Cons

Parking is crazy (you WILL get towed if you park in the wrong space), the leader CAN be the worst you've ever had (ask around to know what you're getting yourself into), the hours are insane and can change with little to no notice, the training is for the most part subpar, though there are some useful skills involved.
