Pros

Paid training. Money on time. All the legal bonuses according to the Greek law. 40hrs a week.

Cons

Some departments are very demanding, Some have hundrends of manuals you have to read while on call. And some deparments receive more than 30-50 calls in an 8hr shift.

Pros

Once you have a job with them they will try to make sure you stay employed so if a campaign comes to an end they move you to a new one. They also give you your own PC so you don't have to pay for it. It is their property so you don't keep it.

Cons

You need to log on to the system 10 to 15 mins before your shift to make sure the oc is working etc this you are not paid for. They say they have mental health advisor but if you say you need to.talk to someone they maybe phone you once then they say once a week I'll allow time off the phone for you to talk to me. You never hear from them again. Then you never hear from them again. Your expected if you finish at 5pm for example and you get a phone call at 4:59pm you have to take that phone call and help.the person this also goes for break and lunch you might get a customer who wants you to fix it and not to be transferred to a new agent so you might miss your break. You still habe your break just later on.
