Been here 3 yrs now. Work interesting but sometime stress when deadline come. They give ok benefits but salary increase too small every year.

Pros

People were good compensation was okay but they'd stretch daily. Another thing I strongly disliked was the use of paper. Not sure if it has changed but when I was working, paper was mandatory for auditing, reviews and everything else.

Cons

Great people and culture. Friendly colleagues.

Pros

As someone stuck between two cultures, I can say that you can be yourself in TP. You can easily express yourself in this planet equipped with different perspectives and different cultures, and you can work much more efficiently because they have adopted the principle of equality. You can get the reward of your labor and improve yourself. Thank goodness you exist, TP.
