I say great company because TP has a lot of courses to offer making sure that all its employees are upskilled with everything they need to be proficient with the tasks assigned to them. TP opens its doors to people with no experience so it generates a lot of opportunities for people who need a job

Cons

Since the minimum requirement for employment is hs graduate the salary offer is not as competitive as the others but that's alright. At least it provides more opportunities for those without bpo experience
