Pros

Teleperformance is a great organization. It helps improve communication skills. Colleagues are supportive and management is helpful. Leaders interact with the staff on a regular basis.

Nothing, all good in TP.

Every working day at Teleperformance includes a lot of learning with a lot of fun and challenges. Company management is supportive and with logical and transparent policies. Work culture is good as well.

Cons

Working hours are very long
