      Pros

      Teleperformance has been a great escape from the mundane. The leadership has made me feel included, and they are part of the daily grind. The COO is in the office every day at 8:30, has coffee with you and has a chat with you. He is never too busy or locked behind a frown that is supposed to signal he is not available. People are just happy; nobody is in a rush to leave the office. The pace is fast but good.

      It is taking some getting patience coming to the office daily.
