Pros

Great company to work for if it's your first job ever. Decent enough training for the first weeks. Good employee support unit. Nice services and offices, with a good cafeteria. They offer a lot of benefits and have a few deals with other companies that employees can use to their advantage. You have some nice opportunities to climb the corporate ladder if you are interested in that, which coupled with their nice entry-level jobs makes for a nice combo. Offers decent apartments (not solo) to people who come from very far to work here. Overall, there's a nice company atmosphere as a lot of people are young and from many different countries, eager to meet each other.

Cons

Job security. It's not terrible, but there's some concerns to be had here. You'll be hired for one project and if it happens that the project isn't required (by TP or their client), you might end up with no project. They'll try their best to put you in other projects and will succeed often , but it's also possible that you'll be out of a job in just a few months. Recruiting can sometimes be too desperate and hire anyone. Thus you'll be stuck working with colleagues who aren't quite fit for the job. The above has even worse consequences when the incorrectly recruited person is your supervisor. Some supervisors aren't fit for the job and they'll hang around for quite a while or not be fired at all. When being recruited, you may not receive full information about what project you'll be working for and that may lead to failed expectations. Some projects are great to work for and others not so much. So there's a bit of luck involved when being hired. The atmosphere of the project is completely dependent on your colleagues, you and your "superiors". Mostly I've had a great time with everyone, but you could be unlucky and land on a project with hard to work with colleagues.
