Pros

This is my first bpo company, and I can say that our trainer Miss Cheska is so approachable and considerate. I hope every trainer and other high individuals on this company is like her.

Cons

As for my first day, I can say that some security personnel are sometimes unapproachable and hot-headed. But despite of that, I still understand them as they are facing their own silent battles too.

This is the first week of my training and I can say that our trainer, Miss Cheska, is kind and approachable. She addresses our concerns and troubles that we've encountered during the training.

Cons

Other staffs in the company, specifically security guards, are sometimes strict and unapproachable.
