Pros

work from home means you dont have to use your minimum wages to pay for petrol and parking

Cons

minimum wage, very unorganised company, low morale, never stick to their word about when they will do things but expect workers to. managers keep monthly bonuses earned by agents working hard to achieving targets set by clients. profits are clearly their incentive over the wellbeing of their workers.
