Pros

Just the colleagues who were going through the same issues as myself.

Cons

Useless company. They charge your project according to their preference and availability. They train you for like a week for difficult demanding projects. The team leaders are non-existent. You ask them one question and they come back to you an hour later. I went on the project live with customers on the phone, clueless of that to say or the tools to use. I quit right on the spot. Avoid at all costs!
