Pros

It's a great work environment for a starter job. It gives you great customer service experience. They have great starter pay and training only takes about a 3 weeks.

Cons

They do not treat their tenured agents as well as they treat their newer agents. They do 2 interviews which overall takes about two hours and a half. They will not hire you without a year of customer service experience.
