Pros

At the time, the company provided accommodation, which was a nice perk. The coworkers were great, and most of the team leads were decent people too

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth. Some projects were really tough, and the policies of both the client we worked for and TP kept changing. You were never quite sure what your bonus would be based on, which made the whole system confusing and unpredictable

Es un buen lugar para trabajar. Algo que de lo cual estoy agradecido es que siempre que he solicitado algún permiso de cambio de horario por motivos personales, me lo han autorizado. Tambien el management es bastante bueno.

Nada, de momento lo veo como un buen lugar para empezar en la vida laboral
