It offers a less stressful non-voice environment,provides the day flexibility to work from home,and allows you to handle multiple costumer queries at once.

Cons

High-pressure multitasking, strict metrics like Average Handle Time (AHT) , and emotional toll from dealing with frustrated costumers.
