Good people at work, one of the best facilities, good security.

Low salary, free 3-in-1 coffees aren't available always, equipment inside of the training rooms are slow

The only pro I can think of is working from home

Cons

They were paying chat agents below minimum wage, about 3 months into the job they sent out an announcement that they would increase by around 50 cents, ridiculous They don’t take into account that you are working using your own WiFi, I worked there full time for about 6 months and made a total of below 8K, that is not a livable wage, can’t sustain/support myself, or pay rent & utilities on that salary
