Pros

Great when it comes to having a well paid job in el paso. SOME good managers that trully make it positive (but on other shifts not graveyard) but they try

Cons

For graveyard there is no music playing, everything is literally dead, I mean I get it, its graveyard but sheesh. There are so many people working here but for my graveyard shift there are only 7 or less people at the site and majority of people working from home which doesnt make any sense when top performers are at site and low performers are at home. They if less than 10 people are at the site why not just send them home still doesnt make any sense. And they keep hiring more for work at home. Also when it comes to a team dynamic and making it a great and fun place to work it just feels like I'm in prison with a computer all quiet I try to make things more positive in the chats but I can only do so much when will management care about it's people including the ones that work graveyard (a shift that is said to be needed) and no one wants to work it. To make that shift more positive and upbeat so people dont feel like they are in prison. If anything make it work from home again like I said majority are work at home still and hiring more and more for work at home but less than 10 people are at the site... make it make sense. And it's been this way for months. And when they do the mandatory OT at last min. (Its been awhile since its happened) but it has happened when they say 10 hours need to be done by Saturday but they tell us on friday. Like WHY??? give more time better communication from the higher ups to sup level to agents there needs to be priority along with positive atmosphere the things we see on a daily basis takes a toll and it definitely shows that the wellness coaches who are GREAT (but not there so much for graves) are just not nsync with the management and it shows. Maybe work on that.
