After 3 months we were allowed to go home and work fully remote.

Cons

Terrible HR team. We would only get our schedules on like the 25th of every month with little to no time to make any changes if needed, no way to make any kind on plans ahead. They make you work on holidays and give you bank hours that you can only take when they allow you not when you actually need it. You only have a 15 minute break in the morning and one in the afternoon
