Pros

Good training Good culture Nice work environment I've worked here twice once in 2008 and again in 2015. Now that I've finished uni I wanted to return, much to my dismass they are no longer in Birmingham. But it just goes to show that they were a good company to work for.

Cons

Shift patterns but every call centre is like that.
