Cons

Too much expectation of productivity Repeating yourself everyday because of job description and structure Mind fatigue after shift Confrontation of people who want the department to develope (depends on your department)

Pros

The trainers and the employees are nice.They will hire ANYONE. If you have a pulse, you can get hired on here.

Cons

The pay sucks, and they do not give raises. The only way to get an increase in pay is to promote to a supervisor position. You have to be there a full year to even get a paid day off. I have never worked at such an unorganized, unprofessional job in my entire life.

They at least try to help their employees.

Cons

I was thrown into a full workload without the proper training.
