Worklife with Teleperfomance and TurboTax

Pros

I love being able to work remotely. The time schedule has been great. My manager, Kristy Pickard, has been very helpful and added to my positive experience. She is quick to respond and has taken care of my needs very well. Working for the TurboTax project with Intuit has been great as well. I enjoy helping our tech 1 team resolve their issues with their customers. The tools we have including being able to Google has helped me perform my job fairly successfully. I like what I do and it is fairly stress free.

Cons

Breaks are a bit rough. If I have a restroom need I do not like that it comes out of my other breaks. If I lingered or took too many bathroom breaks I would get that. That really is my only issue.
