Pros

- Good supervisor. Helpful, supportive, accessible. - Paid out on time, plus the hourly rate is base pay. You could top it off with holiday pay (which is time and half) or voluntary overtime. - Virtual work environment was friendly, helpful, and most importantly non toxic.

Cons

- Wireless equipment is not allowed. (Headset, keyboard, mouse.) - Part-time jobs only exist with certain jobs types and there's only a few. - I don't think they offer positions that do not require taking inbound cold calls.
