good salary, good work facility

the floor and TL support after the starter training schould be inproved. As newbie it's exhausting, to have all the time justifying and explaing why your are longer on wrap-up or after call time, to some supervisoirs or controllers and for that your are losing even more time. Helloooo, we are newbies!!! we still have to lerarning some stuff!!! I think it's better if the agents, have to justify just to the own TL and not to muttiple people, or that newbies should be somehow be marked on system that they are not bothert so offten.
