Pros

Nice group of helpful colleagues. Correct and in time payments. Teamleader is relaxed and fair. The team was invited to meet with the client to discuss issues and make suggestions to revise procedures with information from the field. Remote work.

Cons

Initial training was good but not sufficient, New hires often leave because they are not up to the task when going online and just give up. Payment is low. No career opportunities when working remote.

Great colleagues and facilities. Good experience to get into support or sales

Cons

Low pay for most projects. It used to be decent but life has become very expensive but the salaries have remained the same. Connections and kiss a** is needed to move up. Cut throat on kpi expectations.
