Pros

You get to work with people from diverse backgrounds, which can be socially rewarding. Some team leaders and colleagues are supportive and try to make the best of a tough environment. Decent onboarding process and training when you start.

Cons

Extremely high workload and constant pressure The job can be mentally exhausting, especially when handling back-to-back customer complaints. Very low salary compared to the level of stress and responsibility. High employee turnover, which affects team morale and consistency.
