Pros

Job was repititive, stable and easy and good money for something which gives structure to your day

Cons

Can be boring at times and reptition can make you go crazy if thats not your thing

This is a full time job.

My experience as a full time bilingual customer support for 18 months. I started as an customer support agent, replying email and taking calls. Then, there was an opportunity to progress an do the job of commmunity manager (taking chats, doing the reviews on Amazon, Apple Store, Google Play, Facebook and Instagram). I took this opportunity, but bear in mind that my salary did not change, neither my job title. On the top of that, I was still suppose to take call and email, while dealing with a huge backlog of over thousands of cases. This was the jb of a full team that I did all by myself for most of the time, without any recognition. This amount of stress led to health issues, which I was sanctionned for later. I was told in the 1-Year Appraisal meeting in April that I will have a payrise. I chased it everymonth until I left in July, and every month, the person responsible of the payslip forgot, or was in holidays, or had a technical issue ... Of course this person is uncontactable and works in another country. I left in July 2019 ad sent several emails asking for this payrise, as I still didn't have it. After weeks of chasing, I received an email telling me that my Appraisal has been reviewed and it was decided that I won't have this payrise as due to my health issues ! This was decided unilaterally, after I left and after I signed the review of the meeting. I really don't recommend this place that left a very bitter taste to my first job experience. I have images as proof and I am happy to talk to the management or share the proof with anyone interested.
