Pros

Management is sick Huge pressure all the seasons in a year They will force you to end the call, no matter what customer is telling, they will yell at you from back to cut the call

Pros

I enjoy being able to work from home and the equipment being provided was also very helpful.I love the fact that we have the opportunity to make up missed hours.Its very accomodating. They were very helpful with my situation concerning picking my kids up from school.

Cons

There are really no issues to me.Everything is handled properly and correctly.
