Poor infrastructure in Bogotá, bad general ambience, low salaries, little professionalism, absurd security measures (as if everybody is a suspected criminal).

Pros

Multicultural Environment with good colleagues The flat provided by the company (in Portugal)

Cons

Lack of communications between management and employees They badly managed the Covid-19 crisis resulting in multiple contamination on the workplace. They can remove your flat for any reasons if you don't agree with your management. If you want to work there, keep all the proof that you can to prove your work conditions when they gonna fire you for no reasons.
