Pros

The pay is decent enough to keep up with bills during tough economic times. There is no manual labor.

Cons

There is no real potential for advancement in the company. Agents working for our client in a non-contracted call center are compensated a lot better and recieve great benefits while teleperformance agents get the short end of the stick.

Pros

Tuition reimbursement for full time employees Decent starting pay Good training program (four weeks) Fixed schedules and promotions Good environment

Cons

The management and several businesses are half honest at best. I had been kicked out of the program (as well as several others) I needed to clock in and thus do my work and get paid for it, but the HR rep and the managers told me to just keep working until they can get it fixed. After the first day, they told us not to come to work until they could get it fixed. After about 2 weeks of endless calling with only promises of something being done but nothing being done, I decided to find another job. After about 7 weeks, they called me to tell me they got my program back up so I can clock in properly even though I put in my two weeks long before they called me. After a couple years, I came to find out that they listed me as terminated for no-show. There are close to zero ways to advance within the company.

Pros

The range of experience if you are on the right program is excellent.

Cons

The best managers in the company would be at best mediocre in a typical orginization. If you have any talent you leave, don't tell your friends where you work because they'll just feel bad for you
