Pros

Remote opportunity for the duration of Medicare open enrollment period. Bring your license and AHIP and Teleperformance will provide paid training and consistent feedback to ensure success. Pays well and fun team to work for.

Cons

Upon taking the role I was told I'd be transferred to a different program as I was a full-time w2 employee but that was not the case. The program they had to place me in was not having another class for several months during which time I would remain employed but not earning wages which wasn't explained to me up front. Ended up having to find something else.

Work from home available in certain programs.

Cons

Guidelines and rules constantly changing but with notice and you will be penalized wether it was brought to your attention or not.
