It's a call center, so every call center employee could say "the back to back calls" depends on the account you're in though!

Pros

My trainer Brooke is very positive and encouraging, she's fast at making sure everyone stays on schedule and works one on one with people who need help so no one falls behind or feels left out.

Cons

A lot of computer work at first that is kind of redundant and sometimes there's glitches where you have to complete modules twice to get credit
