Very easygoing pace for a lot of info to get absorbed. I love the no rush, less pressure to learn everything at once. This is a better way to learn and absorb the info. Less stressful, too.

Cons

Just all the tech issues.

Work from home, and it has good structure

Cons

Not all trainers are as into their jobs as others. My exam fx trainer is way more into and dedicated to her job than the next trainer. I feel as there could be more clarity in the training and the trainer could be more involved and aware of messages from the new hires. It takes a while to get a response.
