I can’t think of any cons. Maybe workload during open enrollment.

Quick hire Paid training Good training staff Easy to move up

Cons

Expensive worthless insurance-high deductibles Low pay unless you’re lucky enough to get into a good campaign- some campaigns have frequent hour cuts or overtime there’s no in between The training seemed like a waste of time once we got onto the floor- it was outdated and some was completely irrelevant. Once you’re in the hands of you’re actual manager there is little to no support. Work this job till you find a better gig- that’s all it’s good for.
