Competitive hourly wage compared to others in the same market.

Cons

Communication: I would go weeks without getting a response to urgent questions integral to my employment. I missed employment opportunities due to poor communication and follow up. Disorganized. The worst employment experience I have ever had in my life.

Nice salary for starting out and paid training

Cons

Unhealthy work environment and unnecessary competitiveness that resulted in frequent humiliation and poor cooperation among coworkers. For example, if someone receives a bad phone review, the manager will write it on a huge board for the entire office to see your failure. This didn’t motivate the workers, it just made them walk around eggshells all day.
