Pros

The job is remote, but you cannot move from the desktop setup that weighs 65 lbs, Also must be connected to the router at all times.

Cons

They do not care about their employees, and their practices are unprofessional. I have never written a review about ANYTHING. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences but working for this company took the cake for first place. I am a good worker overall, very low maintenance and never had any problems getting along with coworkers. This company treats people like machines with no work life balance. They decide your schedule and punish you to the full extent if it doesn’t work for you. It doesn’t matter if you are In the hospital or have ten kids to take care of. They will not work with you or even listen as to why you missed ten minutes of your shift or the whole day. Bathroom breaks are not even understandable to this company. This schedule that they hide from you in the beginning includes overtime, weekends, holidays, very early mornings, and late nights. They wait until training is over to let you know you are required to work whatever they say. There is also sporadic mandatory overtime and forced unpaid time off with no notice. The communication is despicable I have never worked for a company where they make HR so inaccessible to contact. You must jump through hoops to get a response from anyone and some weeks earning almost no income because you are not scheduled for no explanation. On top of that none of my EARNED pto requests were granted, nor the single Day off I requested months in advance. The apathy is unbelievable. I believe that there are a lot Their expectations of workers is unrealistic, no grown man or woman can live with their frequent schedule changes with no explanation & no flexibility. Nor can people live with the pay cuts they carry out throughout the year. I have never seen such little communication, or concern for employees. I would highly suggest staying far away from this company
