Very disorganized. When your assignment ends your offered another one along with a decrease in pay.

Competitive hourly wage compared to others in the same market.

Cons

Communication: I would go weeks without getting a response to urgent questions integral to my employment. I missed employment opportunities due to poor communication and follow up. Disorganized. The worst employment experience I have ever had in my life.
