Pros

They accept newbies and provide opportunities to learn and improve skills. The environment helps build confidence and gain experience over time.

Cons

More room for improvement with regards to the training side. Don't get me wrong, the trainers are good, they really helped the trainees but the materials for the training are delayed - it's hard to navigate when the tools are not readily available or accessed.
