Work from home, that’s all!

Cons

Everything is a con, they’re so disorganised and refuse to attend to anything, they do not care about your mental health and there’s no way to escalate being treated unfairly. When you leave they’ll refuse to pay you and Payroll will stop responding to your requests to send a payslip that they’re legally obligated to send.
