Pros

The company provides career growth opportunities, the trainers are approachable and patient, the environment is friendly, and the benefits are good.

Cons

Training can feel overwhelming sometimes, and I am still adjusting to the time schedule, but the trainers are able to teach in an easy-to-understand way, and they are patient with us. I believe that this training will greatly help me improve my communication and customer service skills in the long run
