Management and the clients are messed up. The management has ridiculous expectations but the employees salary are ridiculous.

Pros

The compensation was not particularly substantial. They paid salary based on the market, but that's the only perk I experienced. Everything apart from that is the bare minimum.

Cons

- My salary is always miscalculated, causing unnecessary deductions. I have to file a payroll ticket each month to dispute them, which is an endless back-and-forth process. - There are so many changes in policy; it is quite the hassle. You just get used to adapting to a new policy when, boom, another new policy comes in and you have to re-adapt.
