Pros

Stability is a big plus - you have different projects and often they try and find you a place for anything they have - makes it really hard for you to be jobless

Cons

There are projects with high and low workload, luck of the draw Insignificant bonuses. If you do good or bad at your job your pay will be the same . No incentive to be good at what you do - leads to many people avoiding work as much as they can

Great sense of camaraderie. The opportunities are endless.

Cons

There can be a tendency to move people up to another line of business before they are ready. This can sometimes create a “sink or swim” environment. It can also create a domino effect in which the newer employees offset the progress tenured employees have made. Keeping overall improvement in a stagnant state for the LOB receiving said employees.
