The support given by the managers is praiseworthy. They are willing to listen to your grievances and suggest solutions immediately. They will even listen to and implement your ideas for process improvement whenever feasible.

Being a part of the operations team, I can bring to my work my own opinion and experience. I think this is the best part. While you never feel tied in rules or regulations, data security is very strict.
