Great job security and motivation from managers from all the levels helps in maintaining work life balance. There really isn't much to dislike in Teleperformance especially if you have the right line managers.

Teleperformance has some awesome people. Many good perks like free transport. Work life balance depends on the profile. Some teams tend to have more work pressure than the others.

Very good place to start your career without any work pressure. Salary is credited on time though it may be less compared with some other BPOs. Fun sessions are conducted regularly.
