It is challenging to complete everyday tasks but coordination with the team gives us productive outcomes. It is especially fun competing with other teams in the process and getting a good ranking.

Cons

I think salary hike is cons for me.

Teleperformance is a very good place to be a part of, friendly environment, helpful management, not much pressure in work. Target-based work, many processes available, non-voice, voice, chat process, content moderation, etc.

You can learn many new things if you join the company as a fresher. Work culture is also very good. Each of these were unique in themselves and I have learnt a lot through these different experiences and backgrounds.
