      Get some insight on tech

      Cons

      Goals get changed all the time and are not clear, often supervisors make mistakes on your stats so you have to keep your eye out. Bonuses are hard to obtain based on the near perfect quality standards that we're graded on and are managed and punishable weekly, NOT a monthly performance environment.
