Only had a maximum of 30 seconds to finish up your report on each call, after those 30 seconds it was likely you'd receive another caller with 15 seconds. It gets very exhausting talking to people nonstop.
Growth can be quick it is an at home position and there is a lot of freedom to choose hours and depending on the position to spend your time productively.
Cons
Salary could be better and management as well specially the HR department
