Pros

Working for TP is like working with family. There are so many opportunities to elevate within the company. There are great incentives. The pay is good, depending on what campaign you are on. All HR issues are resolved in a timely manner. Great opportunities to further/start your carreer. Great benefits and retirement start up opportunities.

Cons

The only thing that is consistent with TP is change. You cannot get comfortable in the position you are in because you will more than likely be changed. Communication is not so great. As a supervisor, if the campaign you are on is closing, you are the last person to be placed on another campaign as either a supervisor or advocate (which means demotion and lower pay).
