Remote work eligibility. There is no more pros

Cons

Management problems, living with lay off stress. Anytime you may get fired, the company is paying the same salary for last 2 years. It was ok 2 years ago but now it's not enough for making your life. When we warn about an issue or a possible issue for the future managers or team leaders don't care about it. If there is an internal position opening, the candidate will be already choosen to that role. It doesn't matter you had super interview or super impressions. Management is covering each other, they don't care about your skills or how you work hard.
