Pros

B to B+ people/co-worker environment. Management is really accessible. Training is decent. Parking is free and adequate. Periodic employee booter days. If one project doesn't work out and allow you to show your best, management will help keep you on board and try to find you a better fit with another project. Being able to speak Spanish and English is a slot needed.

Cons

None. I suggest do an interview and see how your particular worksite responds.
