Pros

Great supervisors, work at home, decent start out pay. Free Mac for company use. Paid time off when there long enough

Cons

If your sup doesn't like you, you will not advance, no raises, mandatory OT, horrible hours. If you do the best with a customer and they are mad at the company their surveys reflect on you.

Pros

Great international environment. You will meet people from all over the world. You do not only get work experience but also life experience! To work in Lisbon was a dream for me and I enjoy the weather and lifestyle every day.

Cons

The company is growing very fast and therefore a lot of opportunities will be present if you are willing to take them. However, due to the growth a lot of things change very rapidly so you have to be able to adapt.

No pros, it is really the worst place to ever work for I would only recommend this to someone if they really need a job

Cons

Management sucks, work environment sucks, bathrooms are NASTY, agents are slack and the work environment is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...Very high schoolish
