Pros

Bonus potential - maximum amount each month is $750 (with perfect metrics & high referral rate). As long as you have a great relationship with your supervisor, your experience won't be as bad as it can be.

Cons

Poor benefits. Expensive health insurance. You only earn THREE DAYS worth of PTO after being there one year. Point system easy to abuse. Micro-management. Employee referral bonus ($100) is supposed to be rewarded as soon as the referred employee has been on the job atleast 90 days after they've hit production floor. Took my friend 6 months to get hers after I got hired.

Salaried, if you miss a day you still get paid.

Cons

Rather unorganized. A lot of things are done last minute or with very little planning. Currently working on it.

The peers at my level were good to work with... Learned no to trust the superiors since would take credit for things they have you done

Cons

They make you apply for promotions having already who they want on it, make you do proposals and have the winner apply them
