      Pros

      Policies and procedures are easy to follow and no one is hovering over you shoulder however they do listen to the calls and that is good. Love having a updated knowledge bank to help with customer service and if that was not enough there is floor help but it is being able to assist the customers and leave them knowing I did everything I could to resolve their issue or answer their questions.

      Cons

      I think scheduling even though I understand it, can be difficult especially if I need to run an errand during lunch. also because there are always different companies that want to Teleperformance to help with their calls, you never really know how long they will stay and if you will have a job next month. And so there is alot of training when new clients come in and other leave

      Pros

      Good amount of training, training makes it seem like the job is going to be great, pay is great and the bonus system is good, good breaks, good to just work by yourself at the desk.

      Cons

      Might have just been my campaign but the management definitely had favourites and treated the others like dirt, it was like if you did not join in with the gossip you were nothing. They said that if we had a problem with a call we could ask them for help at any time and when I did I was treated like I was worthless. One of my colleagues told me my manager had said that I was strange behind my back. I was laughed at numerous times by my managers and did not feel welcome. Ended up being too scared to even go in, made my anxiety go up by miles and has put me off looking for jobs since.
